Court Booking & Rules

For the 2025 season, AE Cross will be using Matchi as our court booking and programs application.

Please visit the app store to download the Matchi app to your mobile device, as well as being able to utilize their desktop interface by registering on their website, www.matchi.se

Search: A.E. Cross or Calgary. You will see the Padel Alberta logo.

All Members must use the court booking system to reserve a court for matches and play. Only Members are permitted to book courts.

Each member is entitled to 3 bookings outstanding at any time. We ask that members be respectful in cancelling any court booking that will go unused as we have limited number of courts.

AE Cross Court Rules

Multiple bookings in the same day are not permitted. After you play in your original booking, if a court is available at another time that day, an additional booking will be permitted.
Members cannot have more than 3 active bookings at a time.
Singles bookings are not permitted Monday thru Friday 4pm-8:30pm or on Saturday and Sunday from 8am-1pm.
Bookings must be made with 4 full names registered on the system. Please see the following “How to Book” guide for instructions on court booking procedures.
Guests must sign a waiver before arriving at the courts – member host must inform court booking administrator (memberships@padelalberta.org) of guest name for court booking.

Please do not park in the teachers' parking lot during school hours (8:00 am-5:00 pm) on school days. You may use the school parking lots on the weekends, school holidays or after school is finished on June 28th.
During May and June Padel Members cannot use the courts until after 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday and after 2:00pm on Fridays.
Please be respectful of your courts. Treat them well and pick up your garbage.
